Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has been dispatched.
During busy periods or new product launches, dispatch times may be slightly longer. We always aim to ship as quickly as possible.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide.
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and parcel weight.
Please note:
Customs fees, taxes, and import duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These are the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping times vary depending on destination but typically range from 5–15 business days.
Some international parcels may experience delays during customs clearance, which are outside our control.
Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, including house number, street name, postcode, and country. We are unable to amend addresses once an order has been dispatched.
If a parcel is returned to us or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid address provided by the customer, the order will not be eligible for a refund of the original shipping cost. The customer will be responsible for paying the postage cost for the order to be re-sent.
If the parcel is not returned to us and is lost due to an address error, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
